So, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or if we are unable to resolve an issue, we will gladly provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase - no questions asked.

Refund requests may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date; after 2 weeks, however, no refund requests will be processed.

  • Plan Upgrades: Payments made for plan upgrades (such as moving from a single-site to multi-site package or upgrading to a higher tier) are non-refundable. We recommend carefully reviewing plan details or contacting our team before upgrading.
  • After 14 Days: Refund requests cannot be accepted if submitted more than 14 days from the original purchase date.
  • Custom Features / Plugins: Refunds will not be issued for features or plugins that were not included with the product at the time of purchase.
